What Constitutes Infringement
- Using copyrighted photos in marketplace listings without permission
- Copying product descriptions from other websites or sellers
- Using trademarked brand names or logos in misleading ways
- Sharing copyrighted repair manuals or proprietary technical data
Filing a Takedown Request
To report copyright infringement, send a notice including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
- The URL or location of the infringing content on SS3D
- Your contact information (name, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice including your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
Repeat Infringers
SS3D will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension.
