By using SS3D, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

Description of Service

SS3D is an AI-assisted diagnostic platform for vehicles, appliances, and electronics that provides visual inspection analysis, repair guidance, parts information, and community features. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

AI Diagnostic Disclaimer

  • AI assessments are estimates based on visual analysis only and are NOT professional mechanical inspections.
  • AI may not detect hidden or internal defects, structural damage, or safety-critical issues.
  • Always consult a certified professional before making repair decisions based on AI diagnostics.
  • Estimated repair costs are approximate and vary by region, shop, and parts availability.

Repair Guides

  • Repair guides are AI-generated and community-contributed. They are not professionally verified.
  • You assume full responsibility for any repairs performed based on app guidance.
  • SS3D is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from repair attempts.

DIY Repair Safety & Liability

  • SS3D provides AI-generated repair guidance for informational purposes only. This guidance does NOT replace professional training, certification, or manufacturer-authorized service.
  • Performing DIY repairs on vehicles, appliances, or electronics carries inherent risks including but not limited to: electrical shock, burns, cuts, crushing injuries, fire, explosion, and property damage.
  • Users must be 18 years or older to use repair guides. Minors must be supervised by a qualified adult.
  • DIY repairs may void manufacturer warranties. Check your warranty status before proceeding with any repair.
  • Always disconnect power sources (batteries, mains electricity, gas supply) before starting any repair. Follow all safety precautions mentioned in the guides.
  • SS3D, its owners, developers, and AI providers accept NO LIABILITY for any injury, death, property damage, device damage, voided warranties, or any other loss resulting from repair attempts guided by this app.
  • By using repair guides in this app, you acknowledge that you are performing repairs at your own risk and accept full personal responsibility for the outcome. If you are unsure about any step, STOP and consult a certified professional.

Community Content

  • Community posts and advice are user-generated. SS3D does not verify their accuracy.
  • Users are responsible for the content they post.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription plans provide access to premium features. Pricing, features, and limits are subject to change. Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you subscribed (Google Play, Apple App Store, or web).

SS3D reserves the right to modify plan features, credit allocations, and pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes apply at the next billing cycle — your current period is not affected. Starter plan features and availability may be adjusted as determined by the service administrator.

Credit Usage & Rollover

  • Included credits (part of your subscription) reset every 30 days from your payment date. Unused included credits do not roll over.
  • Purchased credits roll over as long as your subscription is active. They remain available across billing cycles while you maintain an active plan.
  • Bonus credits earned through referrals roll over as long as your subscription is active and are added to your purchased credits balance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Within 48 hours of purchase: automatic refund available through Google Play.
  • Within 14 days of purchase (EU right of withdrawal): full refund available on request if service was not used, or proportional refund for days used.
  • After 14 days: no refund is required by law. You may cancel and keep access until the period ends.
  • Purchased credit packs (consumable): refundable within 14 days if unused. Once a credit from a pack is consumed, the pack is non-refundable.

Data Retention

  • Your data (scans, inventory, repair guides) is retained as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period after your last activity, even if you cancel your subscription.
  • After an extended period of inactivity, we may archive or delete your data. You will receive an email notification 30 days before any deletion.
  • You may request immediate deletion of all your data at any time (GDPR right to erasure) by contacting support.
  • Local data stored on your device remains available regardless of subscription status.

Marketplace & Listings

  • SS3D acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. SS3D is not a party to any transaction between users.
  • AI-generated item descriptions, prices, and identifications are suggestions only and may contain inaccuracies. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
  • Buyers should verify item details, condition, and authenticity directly with the seller before purchasing. SS3D does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
  • SS3D does not handle payments, shipping, returns, or refunds. All transactions are conducted directly between buyer and seller.
  • Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws regarding the sale and purchase of goods.

Electrical Safety

  • Always disconnect appliances and devices from mains power before any repair or inspection.
  • Remove batteries from portable electronics before opening casings or working on internal components.
  • Capacitors in electronics and appliances can retain dangerous charge even when unplugged. Allow discharge time.
  • For vehicles: disconnect the negative battery terminal before working on electrical systems. Fuel system work requires additional fire safety precautions.
  • If you are not trained in electrical safety, do not attempt repairs involving mains voltage (110V/220V). Seek a certified electrician.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

  • SS3D provides AI-generated informational content only. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or repair services.
  • Always consult a certified professional for vehicle safety systems (brakes, steering, airbags, fuel systems).
  • For appliances connected to gas or water lines, consult a licensed plumber or gas technician.
  • SS3D assumes no liability for repairs attempted based on AI suggestions. Users act at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

SS3D, its owners, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI diagnostics, repair guides, community advice, parts purchases, or any other feature of this application.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, AI models, and branding of SS3D are protected under EU Directive 2001/29/EC and applicable US copyright law. No part of this application may be reproduced without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

AI-Generated Content Ownership

Content generated by our AI (including but not limited to vehicle assessments, condition reports, repair guides, and diagnostic findings) constitutes intellectual property of Simple Smart 3D SRL. This content may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes, even after account deletion, in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest. Personal data (name, email, photos, VIN, serial numbers, location) will be deleted upon request; anonymized diagnostic and repair data (brand, model, issues found, guide steps, condition scores) may be retained.
